I. References — At the time of hiring, all reference materials must be provided, including
story, reference images (if available), detailed descriptions, and related information. The
more references and details provided, the better the project development will be.
II. Payment — Payment must be made before the start of the work and can be done in two
ways:
a) 50% at the beginning of the project and 50% upon completion;orb) 100% upfront (this is the preferred method).II.I Payment can be made via PayPal or Wise.
III. Process — The completion time for a commission may vary from 1 to 4 weeks,
depending on the current project queue at the time of hiring.III.I If there is a need for urgency or a custom deadline, it must be informed and, if
necessary, negotiated at the time of hiring.III.II If any delay is required on the artist’s side, it will be communicated and, if necessary, a
new deadline will be negotiated with the client.III.III Project stages — The project follows the structure below:a) Initial Sketch — rough sketches and thumbnails for idea approval;b) Sketch & Development — refinement of the chosen idea and preparation for lineart;c) Lineart;d) Flat Colors — definition of base colors;e) Final Art — full rendering and finalization according to the commissioned work.
V. Delivery— Once completed, the artwork will be delivered digitally. A download link will be provided with the files in the agreed formats.
VI. Copyright and Usage — The client is granted rights for non-commercial use. If
commercial use is intended, it must be specified in advance, and a separate agreement may
be created if necessary.VI.I If the client requires exclusivity and does not want the artwork to be shared on any of the
artist’s platforms, this must be communicated at the beginning of the project.VI.II The artist retains copyright of the artwork and reserves the right to use it for the
following purposes:a) Portfolio and promotion to attract new clients;b) Development of the artwork during live streams;c) Sharing files on platforms such as Patreon;d)Creation of additional content based on the commissioned work (such as stories or
inspired content). For this item, prior authorization will be requested from the client.
VII. Cancellation — If the client cancels the project after the initial sketch stage, 50% of the
total project value will be retained. The remaining amount will be refunded through the
original payment platform.VII.I If the artist is unable to complete the project, a full refund will be issued to the client.
VIII. Work and Availability — The artist is available for communication from Monday to Friday
via messages or email. The same period is used for project development. If the client sends
materials, messages, or references outside this period, the artist will respond as soon as
possible, keeping weekends reserved for rest.
IX. Acceptance of the Terms of Service — The Terms of Service shall be deemed accepted
as soon as any payment is made, whether partial or full, in relation to the project to be
carried out.
These Terms are valid as of March 31, 2026.
They are available for consultation on the artist’s social media platforms and will always be provided together with the issuance
of invoices.
